Around the world we see class warfare. From Greece to the US to Thailand, the war is on. While for now in the US only harsh words fly in Thailand and other parts of the world bullets fly and people are dying. A common theme of the poor, oppressed, and downtrodden rising up against the evil wealthy who are oppressing the working and in many cases the non-working poor. History has seen this age old battle play out time and again. In every case behind the poor masses egging them on, from a safe place of course, are their wealthy leaders looking to grab power from the current group of overlords. Power many times changes hands, as does wealth but the poor still remain poor. They simply replace one group of oppressors with another, often times more harsh overlords. These "leaders" are not concerned for their followers or their country. They care for only themselves and what they can steal for themselves. Today the US and the world are burdened by "leaders" without character, being a character is not the same as having character. Oddly enough true leaders, one possessing good character, are often not loved because they do not tickle the ears of their people or throw them trinkets to buy their loyalty.
